Meet Our Team
Tanner is based in Hoboken, NJ and has a varied professional background focused on sustainable tourism development. He has a M.S. in Administrative Studies, concentrating in Economic Development & Tourism Management, has worked as a teaching assistant at Harvard Extension School, Project Manager for EplerWood International, Owner of Off Season Adventures, and President of Second Look Worldwide. Tanner is passionate about SLWW because he has seen firsthand the lack of community investments around major tourist destinations. He believes that it is our responsibility as travelers to tangibly give back to people who do not see the benefit of money spent in their backyards. Tanner enjoys spending time with friends and relaxing on the couch to binge a good TV series when he has time.
Keith based in New York City. His professional experience focusing on client services spanning the financial industry as well as property management. His career has spanned several industries, with a strong focus in project management and event planning. Travel is a significant and enjoyable part of his life, and he wants to ensure that he gives back to each destination he visits. Keith is an incredible event planner and regularly hosts events that bring people together from all different walks of life.

Katherine Lipman is based out of New York City and works in portfolio risk management within the Banking sector. With experience in economic research, she was inspired after learning about Second Look's innovative goal of community engagement for sustainable humanitarian projects and eager to help in any way. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and volunteering as a foster with local animal rescue organizations.
